OPC Painting is a painting contractor operating from Level 9, 515 Kent St in the Sydney CBD, serving residential and commercial clients across the greater Sydney area. The business is typically engaged by homeowners, strata committees, property managers and small businesses that need interior or exterior painting carried out to a defined scope. Its Sydney CBD office address places it close to the city’s commercial and inner-city residential markets.
The company works within the Painters category, covering the core trade of surface preparation, painting and finishing for both interior and exterior applications. Work of this type generally involves colour consultation, patching and sanding, priming and multi-coat finishing. Compared with general handyman services, a dedicated painting contractor is usually better placed to handle larger jobs, multi-storey access and coatings that require specific preparation, and clients can expect a more focused service scope.
OPC Painting holds a 5.0/5 Google rating from 34 reviews, a sample size that is modest but consistent in its positive direction. Prospective clients should request a written quote that itemises preparation, paint products, number of coats and any making-good work before engaging. Its published website at opcpainting.com.au lists the services offered and is a useful starting point for scoping a project.
